Supreme Court: Police Must Obtain A Warrant to Attach GPS Device to Cars

In August of 2010, I posted a blog about California laws permitting police to secretly attach GPS tracking devices to people’s cars. CLICK HERE if you missed that. However, thank GOD federal law supersede state law, because now the U.S Supreme Court has ruled that this behavior is a violation of the Constitution!
