Ranting and raving about our screwed up “justice system”, a 50-year-old Gaston County death row inmate, dares the state to kill him now, instead of later.

In his letter, which can be read in FULL HERE, Danny Robbie Hembree Jr.  writes, “Is the public aware that the chances of my lawful murder taking place in the next 20 years if ever are very slim?” Hembree asked. “Is the public aware that I am a gentleman of leisure, watching color TV in the a/c, reading, taking naps at will, eating three well-balanced meals a day?”

Hembree, who was sentenced to death Nov. 18 by a Gaston County jury, is accused of killing two other women, Randi Dean Saldana and Deborah Ratchford.

Hembree writes of injustice in his letter written to The Gazette. He takes a taunting tone when telling people in the county to take action:

“I am a man who is ready to except his unjust punishment and face God almighty with a clear conscience unlike you cowards and your cowardly system. Kill me if you can, suckers. Ha! Ha! Ha!”

Hembree signed each of his documents simply, “Sincerely, Danny Hembree.”

Because of our broken system, everything that Hembree wrote is true. He will continue to live off of tax payers dollars for a least another 10 years, costing citizens nearly double what they pay for a regular prison, because of Hembree being on death row.

Even a confessed criminal has caught on to the stupidity of this “system”.

If one New York Senator has his way, cheating on the SAT college entrance test can earn you a F, not only for failing, but and F as in FELONY, as well!

The measure proposed by Sen. Kenneth LaValle of Suffolk County would create new felonies of facilitation of education testing fraud and of scheming to defraud educational testing, and create a misdemeanor of forgery of a test. The felonies would apply to a test taker who impersonates someone else for pay.

*shrugs* I guess aspiring college students (in New York at least) are going to have go back to the old way of doing things….. actually studying!

Eurweb- The Hip Hop mogul and entrepreneur is back at it but this time over the name of a new Sean Jean fragrance. According to reports, his ”Empress” is infringing on another company name, Empress Haircare Products.

The company filed a lawsuit against Diddy, although he tried to trademark “Empress” last year. He failed, but offered to buy the rights. However, Empress refused to sell the name and Diddy went on and did what he wanted to do.

Empress the company is seeking damages three times the actual amounts suffered.

If your friend or girlfriend recently came over bragging about her brand new collection of undies, and they happen to be Victoria Secret, you might be listening to a criminal who is in possession of stolen property!

Some daring darling went into Victoria Secret in Springfield Pennsylvania and allowed their sticky fingers to grab ahold of 119 pairs of panties!  According to CBS Philly  the theft happened last Saturday afternoon at the popular lingerie store in the Springfield Mall, off of a display in the front of the store.

Any lady that has ever shopped at Vickie Secrets, already knows, outside of that 5 for $25 deal, this bandit got away with well over $1000 worth of pretty panties!

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Springfield Township Police, in Delaware County.
