The Michigan Court of Appeals has told a couple they have to tear down all or part of their $1.1 million mansion because they built it too close to their property lines.

The order came in a lawsuit a neighboring couple filed in 2004 against Simon and Saca Palushaj over their planned 9,000-square-foot house. It’s in Macomb County’s Washington Township, 25 miles north of Detroit.

Sadly, court documents say the house is 80 feet from the Thoms’ home instead of 100 feet, and 28 feet from the side property line instead of 40 feet.

SMH…Some construction company out there  is about to get the screwdrivers sued out of them, but in the mean time the  Palushaj’s will be moving soon, if they don’t appeal the judgement.

Though DMX isn’t throughly convinced the little girl is his, the child’s mother says, homie owes more than a million dollars in child support!

TMZ is reporting,

X’s ex, Patricia Trejo, was in L.A. Superior Court Thursday morning, arguing against a motion DMX filed in their ongoing paternity case — in which the rapper asked the court for permission to perform in Europe.

The source explained that  in paternity cases where significant child support is owed, the owing parent is prohibited from obtaining a passport without a court order — and X wants a special dispensation.

Trejo says that their child is now 10 years old and she is tired of waiting on her cash, therefore she is hoping the judge denies X’s request for a passport.

The “D” in DMX must stand for Deadbeat Dad.

OhhMyGOSH, So, Black men in the hood aren’t the only people who possess guns while being a convicted felon?!?!  >End of Sarcasm<

During the LAPD’s investigation into Pinkberry’s co-founder Young Lee’s  alleged participation in the beating of a homeless man, they apparently discovered black men aren’t the only people breaking the law.

The search warrant affidavit filed by a detective in LAPD’s Asian Crime Unit — and it reveals two handguns registered in Lee’s name: a Colt .45, and a Para Ordnance brand .45.

The handguns are a major no-no because … according to the docs Lee is not supposed to “own, buy, receive, possess, or have custody or control of any firearms” — due to a 2001 felony conviction for possession of narcotics.

Word has not been revealed if Lee will be formally charged with a felony because of this discovery.

Lee better be glad he didn’t get caught in my hometown of Flint, Michigan being a felon in possession… because we all know that means buddy ol’ yogurt pal would be…  (as embarassing as it is to admit) ...UNDER the jail by now. Hear more about that garbage HERE.

Robin Thicke was arrested for marijuana possession in New York City today after police in Manhattan (near Madison Square Park) claims she saw Thicke smoking a blunt/joint inside a black SUV. 0_O

Though, I want to vent about how a cop supposedly saw him (through what were probably heavily tinted windows) but I won’t start today.

Thicke was given an appearance ticket and released shortly after.

Considering the fact that Nas was coughing over not only his right arm and left leg to his ex-wife, Kelis, for the past couple of years, maybe he conviently forgot to fork up Uncle Sam’s portion.

According to documents obtained by  TMZ,

 Nas never forked over $339,005.49 in federal income tax he owed for 2010 and now the U.S. government has obtained a lien on his property.

Being a tax scofflaw is nothing new for Nas … according to public records, dude is also on the hook for more than $6 MILLION DOLLARS in back taxes from previous years.

….long story short, if you see Nas tell him that he can’t just hang up on this bill collector and expect this to go away.

When I think of  a long awaited vacation in the islands, the very last thing I would ever imagine happening is being robbed, while the warm sand creeps in between my toes. Unfortunatly, a U.S Supreme Court Justice’s vacation ended in a very similar manner last Thursday.

According to the Associated Press,  73-year-old Justice Stephen Breyer,  his wife Joanna and guests were confronted  a machete-wielding robber at his vacation home in the West Indies robber around 9 p.m,  in the home Breyer owns on the Caribbean island of Nevis.

Thankfully, no one was hurt in the altercation, however the intruder took about $1,000, which is really pennies in the bottom of the couch to these folks.

At the time of this posting, no arrest have been made.
